Refunds Terms and Conditions for Professional Learning Sessions
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your registration for a professional learning session, please review our refund policy below: Eligibility: Cancellations may be eligible for a refund, subject to the registration deadlines published on our website. Conditions: To qualify for a refund, you must notify us in writing via sking@ist.tas.edu.au Cancellations made after the cut-off date may not be eligible for a refund. (Does not apply to member schools) Process: Once we receive your cancellation request, we will review it and respond within 3 days. Exceptions: Some sessions may be non-refundable due to limited capacity or special arrangements. These will be clearly noted at the time of registration. (Does not apply to member schools) Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that registrations for Professional Learning sessions close three days prior to the scheduled session date.
